Bread as Alchemy

Making bread today its SouperDough Sunday, today's is a blend of unbleached whole wheat, gluten, basic unbleached flour with some oatmeal thrown in for good measurel. Bread is like Alchemy, it takes action in the dark with heat combined with air (yeast), Water (Warm Milk), earth (flour) and fire/heat( but is only proven when observed, preferably toasted with butter.
